On 10/13/2021 when Mrs. Sanchez called 911 for the 18 month-old child, Emergency Medical Services reports showed the child displayed symptoms of acute abusive head injury. Medical providers confirmed that the head injury the 18 month-old child sustained was a result of someone forcefully shaking the child.
